1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

3. Eligibility & Registration

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be closed and any balances (including winnings) will be voided.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 43bd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 43bd will never request your password through any channel, including live chat or email. Any communication purporting to be from 43bd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure

43bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud or collusion; breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false registration information; chargebacks or disputed transactions; or conduct that 43bd reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be designated as inactive. 43bd reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts, subject to advance notice being provided to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their accounts at any time by contacting live chat support.

4.4 KYC Verification

43bd is required to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players must submit a clear copy of their National ID card (NID) and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until documentation is received.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 43bd is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 43bd reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to deposits above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete and no compliance flags being present on the account. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where technically possible. 43bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions on 43bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. 43bd does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, bank institutions) may apply their own transaction fees independent of 43bd. Players are advised to check with their payment provider regarding applicable charges.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

43bd offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. 43bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk, high-frequency bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the Platform; or any other conduct that 43bd determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6.4 Promotion Eligibility

43bd reserves the right to exclude specific player accounts from individual promotions at its discretion. Promotions may be limited to players in specific regions, to new registrations only, or to players meeting certain activity criteria. 7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on 43bd are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport, competition, and market type, as published in the Platform's betting rules documentation. 43bd reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event that has already started (unless live betting is explicitly offered for that market), or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. 7.2 Casino Games

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 43bd platform, including but not limited to the 43bd brand name and logo, website design and layout, software interfaces, text content, graphics, icons, images, odds data, and game assets provided by third-party studios, is the intellectual property of 43bd or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, licence, or interest in the intellectual property of 43bd beyond the limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

Players must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 43bd platform without the prior written consent of 43bd.

11. Limitation of Liability

43bd provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 43bd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service disruptions, payment provider outages, natural disasters, government action, or force majeure events.
